The service has been good from the technician, but the call center is a real pain to deal with. Often technicians will call the day of service, with no prior contact, to service the house. When they do call to schedule an appointment, a robot makes the call so you cannot request a different time without calling them back and going though many automated prompts before being connected with a live individual.

That being said, we have kept doing business with them for the last 3 years as they do a good job and are amongst the most reasonably price options available. Obviously they cut their costs in the area of their customer service call center.
