I was out when the Tech came round to empty the traps that had been set up in the roof space in my garage. My wife delt with him. She had to tell him where the traps were set ,even though I had left a "little giant" ladder set up. He told my wife that he didn't usually do this removal, that he didn't like it,and asked us for a bag to put the rats (3)in.He then reset the used traps,I am not sure if he re bated the or not it didn't look as if he had. The original Tech told me that he would throw the traps with the rats & set new ones. Hence the 3 stars.
