I’m not satisfied with the service starting from the initial consultation. The person who came to assess my house didn’t inspect anywhere. He just asked a couple questions but didn’t really look anywhere. I should have known at that point I shouldn’t have agreed to move forward with the service but he told me the exterminator would come in and do a thorough service and spray the baseboards and remove electrical outlet covers to get treatment behind the walls and would perform a diligent service. I was quoted for a three level townhouse. I took his word for it and scheduled a day and time. The exterminator who showed up on the day of showed up an hour earlier than what I was told and basically rushed me out my house with my small child who was still sleeping when he got here. I had to take him in a wet diaper and onesie and change him in my cold car. Since I wasn’t expecting him that early I had a few necessary items out that I shoved in bags to protect and he told me he didn’t have time to wait for me to prep my house even though he showed up earlier than the time I agreed on. Based on my home camera activity he was in and out within 15 minutes. He called to say he was done and leaving a window open in each room which I agreed on. After inspecting the house when we returned in the evening I’m not confident I got the thorough treatment I was promised. The rec room was untouched (I could tell because the door was closed and the blinds and window was not opened), it appears hall closets which were empty were not treated and given the exterminator was done in 15 minutes I highly down he was able to unscrew all the electrical outlet covers to spray behind the walls and treat all the areas in 15 minutes. I’m really disappointed and feel ripped off after paying a pretty penny for a half done treatment and now left with anxiety that my pest issue is not going to be resolved.
