Dennis does a great job! He is very thorough during his visits and goes the extra mile to make sure he's treating everything we've encountered. He has excellent customer service and interpersonal skills which reinforces the confidence we have in him.

Katrina is very good to communicate with regarding service and billing requests. After a billing issue occured whereby we were charged a late fee, I mentioned that as snow birds, a bill in the door doesn't work. She now sends me immediate emails for work done and has provided an online payment method. No problems since then .. although a $5 refund would be icing on the cake :)
