I'm actually happy with the service however kaicey came out last week for our quarterly (she is wonderful by the way) and only did the outside of the house due to scheduling confusion and said she would be back this week to complete the quarterly. When I called the office asking when she was coming back I was given the run around. I think the technician is supposed to do something on the inside as well. I've tried emailing a few times but get no response.

Good morning Stacey! Thank you for the feedback regarding your most recent service. I’m not aware of the “run around” but want to figure out where the ball was dropped if it was. Are you currently having some interior pest issues that need to be addressed? We run fairly regular service reports which show us a lot of information regarding certain situations. Currently 97.63% of our services have been done from the exterior only with great success. The remaining 2.37% of those services needed additional attention on the interior of the home. Most of these issues are typically due to German cockroaches or mice in the attic. Either way, we want to make sure that your needs are being met and you are getting a quality service. In regards to a “preventative interior perimeter treatment” as some people call it, we have found it to not provide any additional value to the services we provide.
