I believe they are using better products than Rose possibly and that his inspection turned up some issues that our guy didn't uncover (like a wasps nest on the roof and ants on the front pavers that may or may not been treated. We have been with Rose for 9 1/2 years and would like to continue with you. So far your service has been very good but I think you will definitely need to keep upping your game to keep customers since I think Pointe is on your heels.
