We have been using Bell Cow HVAC for 2 years and Brian was by far the best tech that has been out for a service call. He was very personable and professional.

Unfortunately your service agreement is not very consumer friendly. Ever since 1st signing up for the service I have had to call each time to schedule the time for you to come out. There is no proactive reach out to come out and perform the spring and fall service. Also the other techs that have been here have not been as good as Brian was today. Last spring (2015) the 2 techs that came out moved the unit in the attic such that when summer came the units dripped into ceiling on 2nd floor. I did not know that the bedroom below ceiling had been stained and messed up until last October. It cost me $1500 to get that room repaired. The spring visit this year the tech tried to sell a part that he said the attic unit needed. He said he would get a price and have the office call me with a price so someone could come out and install. No one ever did call. For all of these reasons we will not be using your service again. Also I am a REALTOR and do make recommendations to customers. Sorry but I will not be of help to you in that regard either.
