I just purchased 1304 Guardian Dr in Venice from Steve Pomarico on Tuesday July 11...one week ago....who had service with Economy.. I called to continue the pool service Steve had with Economy. I was told that Friday was service day for the house. My best friend from high school lives next door and he has been monitoring the pool for me ....he said there is lots of trash in the pool and hasn't been cleaned for the last 2 weeks...he took the water yesterday and had it tested ...results was 0 chlorine...phosphates off the chart and cloudy water and pool trashy. I called Economy yesterday and left a message to cancel the service and for someone to call me back to verify cancelation...as of now I have not received a call. I do not want to continue service with Economy for obvious reasons that the pool has not been maintained properly by your company. This is my second notice of cancelation. My neighbor will handle the pool for me since he lives next door he can check it daily. I really can't rate your service ....however I would say that your tech obviously has not performed very well on this pool due to the condition it was in yesterday and no one showed up last Friday from Economy to service the pool.
