For the most part i have been very happy with your service techs as they are very knowledgable and professsional. I believe i started service last year in july 2020 after i completed some major remodeling. I moved back in january 2020 after having rented the house for 4 years to take care of my father. and purposely waited until after some major construction to start service so spent close to a $1000.00 for contracts for pest control and termites. Since then ive had your techs repeatly come back for the roach treatments and I would think by now the problem should have been resolved but i am STILL seeing an occasional roach in my kitchen and told your tech who was here last week about it, so he took his time and sprayed every place in the kitchen really well in and around the cabinets, under the sink and all the other places i had told him ide seen one or 2 previous. outside as well. However, The next day i had a very LARGE roach ide never seen that big before run across my counter and inside my cabinet another small one. i have not seen any dead ones anywhere and these were very much alive. I have not seen any dead ones though which is odd and i know its only a few but i shouldnt have any after a year. The other problem is that there were about 22 termite baits set in the ground and when the tech came to check the baits for activity he was only able to find seven of them. So was supposed to come back with a supervisor to try to find them and document where they were put because that hadnt been done. If unable to find them they would put new ones in at no charge and document them is what i was told a supervisor or field manger said. To my knowledge that was never done. So i havent renewed my service contract until i had time to address those issues. Feel free to call me to resovle those issues at your earliest convienience.
