Beyond horrible. Poor office staff and technicians don't realize that their higher ups are liars and doing illegal stuff and when they get caught they'll wipe their hands clean but the innocentwill get in trouble. Get the state in some of those branches. Look at who's licensed and not. Look how they lie about service. Bad news here!
