The one place where the termites were originally found, when our house was first inspected, the person doing the inspection on this last visit didn’t inspect there bc he said it wasn’t necessary bc he had not seen any signs of termites so far. A few years back I noticed termites in that area again and had someone come out, but they said it didn’t need any treatment. Also, I think when you pay for the yearly service someone should be calling you to schedule an appointment to come out when it is time for the inspection. There have been a couple of years that I paid and never received an inspection bc I didn’t call to schedule.
