My initial visit was great. They schedule my inspection and called me when they couldnt come out because of the weather. I came home one day and my house was torn apart. There was a mouse in my house. Ive never had a mouse before and family was trying to catch it. After a few hours they didnt know where the mouse was. I called the office and left a message. I went and got some sticky pads and did caught the mouse during the night. I did get a call back and was at work. The lady left a message and stated i was due for my quarterly inspect that week. If it wasnt for me calling i would have not known when someone was coming out. It rained the day of my inspection. I did get a call or email that the inspection wasnt able to get done and was told i would get rescheduled. So again no call to let me know when it was going to be. I then get an email yesterday that someone came out and did the inspection. Then an email with the invoice. My question is how can you make sure the client isnt dealing with any issue if you all dont call to let them know when someone is coming out. When i set up the service i stated im off on tuesday and friday and would like to have my inspection done on one of those days but that has not happened. I really cant rate my technician because i wasnt here.
