Mike Jenzano is great!! The technicians are very solid and what they do. The office staff, not so much. I have been billed for the same account many times over. Then I must call the office and go over all of my accounts with Hoffmans. I sold my car business in 2015 and still get the erratic bill for that job. The girls are all very nice but it seems to me very disorganized. I would have left many many times except for the good service from Mike.
