Lloyd ‘s review of how to prep was fine. The tent installation was a little rough on the house, though I think that is subbed out. We luckily opted to get tile insurance. Over 30 tiles were broken between install and uninstall of the tent which seems excessive. The Lloyd employees that we met with were very nice. Today the tile protection boards were picked up, and the Lloyd employee was friendly and let us know what was happening and what next steps were.
