The technician that did the job (I think his name is Felix) was very polite and personable. He did a great job and made sure he cleaned up his work areas as he went along. When he was finished, he did a walk through with my husband and explained everything that was done. He also explained that they would be back in one year to inspect unless we saw any activity before then. The initial service I felt was very reasonable compared to these other big name companies. The annual fee there after is very reasonable as well. I would definitely recommend this company as they were recommended to us from a friend that is a local realtor. Thanks again for a job well done.
