Technician did not arrive in the scheduled timeframe. I cancelled a doctor's appointment so I would be at my home to put up our dogs and open the garage so the technician can get under the house to do his job, and yet my time apparently is not important. I had to call to find out where the technician was, and was informed that he was running a little late. Yeah, when I am supposed to be at home from 8-10am and the technician is not there by 10am, yeah, he is running late.
When technician arrived about 20 minutes later, he was polite and did the job in about 20 minutes. We only have termite treatment so he mentioned he saw ants and wanted to know if we had other pest protection.
