I am a person who does not usually leave reviews, but with this experience I couldn't stop myself. I would not give any stars to PestBear if I could. I contacted them for Lawn and Shrubs and the person who came to treat was quoting extra price for everything that was promised before I took the service. I was sold this service by Ryan and I've been calling him to followup, he says he will schedule a service and will call be back to confirm the schedule, but he never does. The treatment they gave to my lawn and shrubs is killing my grass and plants instead of the weeds. The weeds seem to be thriving due to the "so-called" treatment, it feels like they treated for the grass to die and the weeds to grow. When I reach them for a refund, they say they cannot refund for the service they already did. I'm utterly upset with PestBear and will definitely not recommend this company to anyone. I'm going to reach out to my friends and tell them to cancel the service asap.
