Scheduled an appointment for service on Thursday between 5 pm and 7 pm. Technician never showed and did not call to say he was not coming. Very disappointed. Delsea would not have done this to us. Been a loyal customer with Joe at Delsea for over 25 years and do not find the same type of service with Hoffmann. May need to go elsewhere.
