The Easton Branch and the Branch Manager Paul have worked with me very well to eradicate a terrible bird mite infestation in multiple environments. However, this poor rating is directed at the management level higher up…supervisors and entomologists who will not speak with me, have not returned my calls or answered my emails. I called Customer Service on June 10, 13 and 14. Not one person will speak with me to answer my questions and bring closure to this most horrid situation that I am living through 24/7.
