James is always on time, polite and efficient. We have experienced some problems with rats and James moved the bait box to a more strategic location for me. I do have a concern regarding the pest spray that is used around the house. I have a wall of ivy that looks like it has been sprayed with herbicide. It was not like this before our last pest control visit on July 31, 2017. Could directly spraying the chemicals on the ivy have harmed it? It looks burnt and this has never happened before. I can send pictures if you'd like.

Thank you for being a great customer. Our exterior treatment protocol is treating a 5' perimeter around the house only. Unless the ivy is growing up against the house it was not treated. Please call the office directly so we can go over more details.
