I knew I was in good hands even before their visit - when I asked for local recommendations in a community Facebook group, there were a lot of comments, but only one business recommended: Prosite. That made my decision easy. Prosite answered my call and despite being busy was at my home within days, where they did an inspection and found the source of my noise - a cat on my roof, not a mouse in my attic! Although they took the time to inspect my attic space, they did not charge me for their time and labor, and gave me all the feedback and advice I could want.
