Repeated notifications to not schedule service were apparently ignored or overlooked. This is a seasonal home for us and access is available only when we are present. I’ve made that fact known several times yet a service continues to be scheduled. Finally Norm called me regarding service and pointed out they could do an exterior service, which has been scheduled. However I am being billed the full amount of service. So if I want an interior service will there be an additional charge?
