Sales person was very committed to secure the sale. I was told I didn't need to be home. Service call was not well delivered, i specifically ask for support/guidance regarding watering. I contacted the technician upon my return home regarding next steps and he could not provide the answer. Got an email after the fact, not a call. Interestingly enough, I received numerous phone calls to setup my payment information and not one calm to date regarding the first service call.
