I waited for the 2 hour time frame, the person showed up after the time frame was over. Never rang the door bell or knocked, which is probably OK since it was outside only but I would have rather known we didn't need to be home or available. Receipt indicated that he sprayed fascia etc. but the chemical listed says it's effective against crawling insects with no mention of wasps, so unsure if it's actually effective. Camera recording indicates he might have been here for probably about 10 minutes, unsure if that was enough time to effectively do all sprays and also inspect foundation for possible mice entry points to plug. Rated average as I'm hoping the work was done properly.
