The middle tier of our condo building recently has two units with bedbugs...yikes! I called even though I am in a different tier, EcoTech to exterminate my place as a precaution based upon their great reviews. Madeleine was absolutely fantastic and realized right away that I am fanatical about these bugs and was being proactive. She made me feel right at home.
My tech was Mike and he was just as great and knowledgeable and did a great job on my place. He was pleased with my place as there was no clutter and it was very easy to do.
My building condo board used another major company to inspect the building and someone thought it was not a very thorough inspection and when showed a picture of a bedbug they said it wasn't although EcoTech confirmed it was. They didn't treat anything as there was no sign of bedbugs and there usually isn't during the day unless you have a large infestation and the markings are there. Luckily we aren't at that point and hopefully won't get there.
I recommend EcoTech wholeheartedly and was very pleased I went with them outside of the company our condo Board used and equally glad I had my place done as a precaution.
