Communication is terrible. I always have to ask why they never called to schedule before showing up. Many reasons I need this to happen and they just don’t respect what I ask. Then when I ask to speak to a manager to try to get this resolved, no one ever gets back to me. There are notes on my file as well and still, it’s ignored. If it wasn’t for the cost of installing the termite baits, I would of canceled a long time ago.
Also, I was told for a pest control service, I would only need it for 3 months. Here we are almost a year out and they keep coming and going back and forth for how long “my contract” is with them. I do not have any record of such contract lasting this long besides my termite baits. I am very thorough and keep all paper work. All they care about is getting money and disrespecting the customer.
