It was a little confusing. It was supposed to be pest treatment. I thought our verbal agreement was to treat the yard but the tech end up treating the tubing system that goes inside the house and that was it. A little bit of insecticide, 5 minutes, $60???
I think you guys can do a little bit better in communicating exactly what will be done on each treatment. Neither verbal or written was clear about that. Manager assured me yard will be treated for pest every time they treat the yard. We’ll see.
