The company is great but my technician was very unprofessional. The first visit went great but when he came back for the second and no one was able to answer the door, he proceeded to hang a flyer on the door that says he provided an exterior service which was a lie. A family member was sick in bed that day and couldn't get the door but noticed no one walked around the house whatsoever. The only reason they knew he came was because the dogs barked at the door. When I requested another service he came out again and made no attempt to communicate with us at all then wrote on the paperwork "customer was unable to sign" and emailed it to me. This was after I had already complained about him making no attempt to do his job correctly and instead just hanging a flyer on the door saying he did his job. No knocking or ringing the doorbell or anything. If no one was home to notice then we would have trusted that he actually did it and would have not have gotten what we paid for. This in no way makes me want to recommend this company to anyone.
