I highly recommend going with another provider. I schedule an initial appointment with an exterminator for the end of June once he "evaluated the property" recommend a yearly program which he explained very poorly. He then scheduled for the actual extermination for 5 days later. The exterminator never showed and when I called customer service, their response was that "I" as the customer should have called not the technician and that it was improperly scheduled. They also charged me their fee of $35/mon for the month of June even though the only thing I had does was an evaluation. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM and is full of rude, inconsiderate employees. I was told if I wanted to cancel that I would be charged the yearly fee so she wouldn't recommend I do that. Will not be using Viking Pest Control again.
