Your serviceman, Santo, was extremely professional yet friendly! He answered my questions with explanations in terminology I could understand, not being a technician! It is the first time that your service person used a broom/mop to sweep away any spider webs and look for wasps. He also explained and then treated the carpenter bee "holes" with "dust" after I told him about having to call you back after a week or two of our previous treatment when the carpenter bees were still there. Kudos to Santo!
