Driver arrived 1 hour after the original window of between 0800-1200 was given, i tried calling customer service at 1210 but they were closed, besides that when the gentlemen arrived to our house he was courteous, professional and went straight to work... would have given you 5 stars if it wasn't for the delay that forced us to change our schedule at home. thank you.
