I couldn't ask for better service. I called them on Thursday and they had technicians out on Saturday. The technicians called in advance they were both very friendly very courteous answered all my questions. Though this is Monday and I still saw a bug last night when I came home they said it could take up to 2 weeks. I sure hope this nightmare will end. But great service.
