Very good experience. Cody is very thorough, detailed and a very respectful and polite person. We appreciate this and the fact he is our service technician. Happy to accomodate his schedule to the Ravensdale neighborhood.
One thing, we did not receive a call a day or so prior to service, or if we did, no message was left. Could you please note that we would like a call so know when to expect Cody.
