I wouldn’t say terminix is great and I wouldn’t say they are bad either! They have had to come and spray twice in four days because the guy that came out for the first visit didn’t have the correct stuff with him to treat our issue.. so that meant for them to have to come back a second time! Me and my family haven’t been able to stay home in over a week now! They have miscommunication between their employees and company. When they first came out to do the inspection. They done all they could to get us to treat for things we don’t need to treat for. They saw a young couple doing this for the first time and tried to get over on us.. why fix it if it’s not broke?!? But they always have said they would make it right and fix the issue and so far they have came out and done what they said they would do! So I would say… 4 out of 10 rating for us!
