I have been a customer since December. I am NOT impressed. I used pest control services for years but McCauley is the worst! The technicians are not knowledgeable! When installing the termite monitor stations, the technician put a hole in my sprinkler!! When we called, they took 3 weeks to respond! We had to pay out of pocket to get it repaired! When the technician comes to do quarterly inspection, we have to SHOW him problem areas. This time (yesterday) he didn't even check the inside of the house!
