No, I have asked repeatedly that someone call me a week in advance to set an appointment at a time that is good for both parties. This never happens. Instead we get a mumbled call that I can not understand and the next day someone shows up sometime during the day. They cannot get into the backyard because our gate is locked and our dog is in the yard. The young lady that came the time before last was horrible. Even after my husband showed her what she had done wrong she failed to cover the areas he pointed out. We have requested that she not return. We also have requested that the same person is sent out each time so they know our home and our expectations. This also never happens. If things do not improve soon we will be forced to find another service.
