There are too many things I was dissatisfied with to fully explain in 2000 characters. Aside from being rude and yelling at me on the phone (mostly anna, christina was great), losing our first appt time, our tech missing another (bob's elaborate explanation and apology for missing appointment time - 'I got held up'), our tech bob spraying and leaving us behind without saying goodbye, and releasing another 40+ wasps into our house. Was told AFTER this happened (on the phone, AFTER tech left without a word) that sometimes the insects all fly into the home after treatment. WHY WAS THIS NOT EXPLAINED AHEAD OF TIME??? I had already mentioned we had tried to deal with it on our own before calling F&W...why not tell me that might happen again even if there is 1% chance? When I asked this over the phone anna screamed at me saying 'they don't know what's going to happen' after treatment. She also said it was my fault because "i didnt tell her I sealed outside entry to nest' which was false, I had explained once over the phone before appt and to bob in person before treatment that this had happened - and that the wasps had dug though the caulking seal anyways and the passage was open again. Frustrating to be told its my fault that a professional pest control company doesn't know whats going to happen when they do their job. Bob claimed on visit #2 that it's company policy for him to leave without a word to client after treatment. "it's what i always do". So now....there are still live wasps flying around here 26 hours after treatment, so 30-day guarantee is BS too, not even a 1 day-guarantee. I am hesitant to call to schedule what I would assume would be a free follow-up because of the way this entire thing has been mishandled. I appreciate the owner talking to my girlfriend after all of this happened to apologize, but would've simply preferred calling a different company in the first place (as I wanted to do) and not the cheapest solution, which is what happened.
