Yuma Pest Control tries to over automate their services in order to save money. They stopped calling and setting up appts: Their automated calls are annoying, but no big deal, now it is done through e-mail. The thing is, nobody ever informed me that it was going to e-mail appt. notifications so naturally those are going straight into my junkmail folder. Then when the service tech shows up on my doorstep I find out about the e-mail notifications. After being turned away and having to reschedule I get an appt. with a date, but no expected time...... What gives? I refuse to be held hostage by my pest control company who wants me to be at their becking call. I had to call and pry the time of the appt. out of the office personnel. I'm beginning to get the attitude that if Yuma Pest Control has so many customers that they must automate their service, they won't miss my little account.
