I had a problem with a bad odor coming from a vent opening in my HVAC duct system. After I had found some stinkbugs outside and occasionally in the house, I became concerned that the stinky bugs were the problem. I called Cochnower Pest Control and the secretary arranged to have Mike B. come out the next day. He arrived right on time, was extremely knowledgeable, straightforward, and courteous. He carefully listened to my concerns and thoroughly checked out the inside and the outside of the house as well as the vents and crawl space. Then he suggested a much more likely and simpler explanation for the problem and he recommended a more direct solution to the problem than treating my entire house for an "bug" infestation with chemical treatments. He told me to contact him if the house should need any further attention in the pest control arena. I hope that changing out the one duct as he suggested will take care of the problem. But if I ever need a straightforward and honest assessment and resolution of a house pest problem I will call on Cocnower again. I highly recommend Mike and Cochnower Pest Control. THE BEST!!!
