We have repeatedly complained about broad leaf weeds in the grass and pests in the shrubs. You sent out a manager last time we tried to cancel and were assured the problem would be fixed. We now have more weeds and pests than ever before. So, frankly we have nothing good to say about Pest Bear, and cancelled our services with you after the last treatment. Not only that, but on the last treatment Julio drove onto our neighbors sopping wet yard causing large ruts. Arndrea Laporte told him about it and asked him to explain the problem to the neighbor. He initially refused and told my wife that he would call his office, but that my wife needed to approach the neighbor. My wife told him in no uncertain words that it was his problem, not hers and that he needed to be the one to let the neighbor know what Pest Bear was going to do to repair the problem.. He became extremely rude to her. Frankly, Pest Bear has been a huge disappointment to us, even after repeated complaints with no improvement.
