Yes, and no. When I first started utilizing your company for my pest control needs, I was very specific that I wanted to have my service on a particular day and during the morning. Your company has serviced my property three times now, all at different times. The last service, I received a recorded message during the first week of January stating my service would be on the 10th. I just went with the flow and scheduled around that time. The service did not show up and when I called to inquire, I was told the appointment was cancelled by your office and rescheduled for the end of the month. It would have been nice for someone from your office to have called me to let me know the 10th appointment had been cancelled. I am hopeful now that my quarterly appointment is now straightened our for the third Thursday of the month, in the morning. For the most part, I think the service is done OK although I am not out supervising the technician.
