Two technicians have been to my home; the first in June 2016 and the second April 2020. Both were professional, explained how they would go about spraying and removing wasp and yellow jacket small paper nests and the products they could use. We decided on the natural peppermint light oil as it is not chemical pesticide. Very pleased with the entire process and the light peppermint scent.
