I have used Rose Pest for 15-20 years, almost always with the same technician, Gary. We first called on Rose when we had rats - yes, rats - congregating in our back yard, apparently due to area teardowns. They also found a way into the house. Gary has taken good care of us all these years. Today the problems are much lesser, but he still checks it all over.
