kevin was our tech rep. he was professional, thorough , knowledgeable, and went out of his way to provide service. we were very impressed by the service and how hard working kevin was. It was refreshing to find someone who would take the time and effort to perform his job like it was his own home and we thank alford and kevin for their service.
