Upon our technician's arrival you declined services due to inclement weather. We tried to offer to return to your property to treat the exterior at a later date; even though we are limited on treating exterior(s) during the winter months due to freezing temperatures. You then demanded a refund-we had no hesitation and was done on your request on 2/11.
