Because I work at a place that doesn't make it easy to take calls or step out at a moment's notice, I called several times the day of the appointment to ensure I wouldn't miss the courtesy call prior to the technician coming out. Customer service was extremely nice and patient despite my multiple calls. Also, when I met the technician, Jose, he was very nice and informative. He walked me through the property and explained everything he did, and answered all my questions. He even explained the guarantee and offered to personally come back out again if I had any concerns or issues.
