Regular service is routine at best. No effort to check on any problems with pest, including rodents, which service I am also paying for. I also had Kilter do the termite spot treatment as an alternative to tenting, and I will never do that again. Whenever further evidence of active termites has been found, I requested that Kilter do an overall inspection for other activity, which they declined to do until after the 2-year warranty period for the spot treatment had expired. I will be tenting the residence with another company and switching to regular service with that other company. Never again with Kilter.
