Travis states we would be refunded for any poor service. Instead we were visited by a manager who said he would correct the issue. Our lawn is 10 times worse than the day we met Travis and started service with Pest Bear. I've even had the technician tell me Me he didn't spray the back yard because he said it didn't need it, meanwhile it was we'd invested after his previous visit that only seem to accelerate the presence of the weeds.
Still waiting in the promised refund, but that's your call as a business who should know how to take care of a customer you promised something to. In the meantime please discontinue servicing my property and do not continue to send me any invoices of any kind.
