Jan clearly has a respect for all creatures, even the ones we consider “pests”, and it is reflected in his work. He takes the time to educate people on reasons why “pests” do what they do, when they are most likely do it, and most importantly what PEOPLE can do to help avoid potential conflict. His peaceful soul is appreciated.
