I've used Bill's several times and have been very satisfied with the thoroughness of their home inspections. Bill's inspections gives the homeowner, buyer and sellers, a comprehensive and indepth view of a buildings structure and systems, i.e. plumbing, electric, and general all around condition. Bill's home inspection report is an excellent document to work from as a home maintenance plan to keep your home in a tip top maintenance condition.
